What forms of payment does MT Bagworks accept?

MT Bagworks accepts all major credit and debit cards and payments via the PayPal platform.  (You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase from MT Bagworks. You can simply checkout as a PayPal Guest).

All other direct payment types (i.e., Zelle, Venmo, etc.) can be arranged by contacting MT Bagworks directly via email.

What is MT Bagworks
return policy?

If a bag is "defective" or faulty, MT Bagworks gladly accept returns and exchanges.  My customers matter and if your item is faulty, it can be returned within 14-days of receipt.  Please photograph the issue(s) and send me an email. Funds will be returned on receipt of the item back to my studio.

Once orders have been shipped, shipping fees become non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for the shipping fees on returned items or exchanges, unless the item is defective or faulty.

Does MT Bagworks accept custom orders?

Although I do my best to make a large variety of different styles of bags and accessories,  I understand that special requests for custom orders may come up from time to time. I'd love to hear your ideas! Please send an email to MT Bagworks to discuss your custom request.
